Commercial LED Lighting Warranty
COMPREHENSIVE TWO (2), THREE (3), and FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY for COMMERCIAL LED LIGHTING
Four Leaf Energy, Inc. represents lighting products from multilple manufacturers and extended warranties are also available. Depending on the bulb and warranty purchased at the time of sale our commercial LED lighting is covered by a either a 2, 3, or 5 year warranty if the lighting fails during the warranty period. The manufacturer will repair or replace the affected unit free of charge excluding shipping charges.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
(A) Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.
(B) Bulbs which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.
(C) Bulbs which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.
(D) Riots, civil disturbances, war or other related acts of God.
This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of the installed bulbs, and although this warranty outlines specific legal rights, your actual rights may vary from state to state.
Commercial ICTM Unit Warranty
COMPREHENSIVE FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY for Commercial ICTM Units
Four Leaf Energy, Inc. provides that, if within five (5) years from installation date, the Commercial ICTM product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship or damage by lightning, the manufacturer will repair or replace the affected unit free of charge.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
(A) Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.
(B) Units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.
(C) Units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.
