If I choose another supplier, who do I call for power outages and service?

You still continue to call your existing power delivery company (EDC).  Your local EDC (electric distribution company) will still be 100% responsible for delivering safe and reliable power to your home or business.  You will still contact the same company you always have for any outages, service, and billing questions.

The only thing that changes is the rate that you pay – nothing else changes.
